HOW TO PREPARE THE MEAT:
- Start by washing the sun-dried meat well and leaving the pieces in a pan full of cold water for 2 hours.
- After this time, replace the water with cow's milk and leave it to soak again for another three hours.
- Once done, discard the milk and leave the meat to wash again in cold water and drain it.

HOW TO PREPARE PAÇOCA:
- For the paçoca, drain the meat and cut it into small pieces. Then put the butter in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat.
