  • 1kg of cleaned shrimp;
  • lemon to taste;
  • garlic to taste;
  • 400g of mozzarella cheese;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • nutmeg;
  • 1 bunch of cooked and chopped spinach;
  • 800ml of hot milk;
  • pepper to taste;
  • 4 tablespoons of margarine;
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour.

To start this recipe, be sure to clean your shrimp. It is extremely important to make sure that there are no bacteria or dirt on it.

Starting, place the shrimp in a bowl and start seasoning with salt, lemon juice, pepper and garlic.

Using a greased frying pan, place your shrimp to brown and leave it aside for a while.

In another pan, melt the butter or margarine, add the flour to start making the white sauce, and stir until it starts to brown.

To prevent the sauce from starting to clump, add the milk and stir constantly. Meanwhile, season with salt and nutmeg, then stir until it starts to boil and thicken.

Add the chopped spinach to your pan, stir until it heats up and incorporates it into the recipe. Finally, add the shrimp to the pan and mix everything together.

To assemble, use a baking dish or a Pyrex dish, place the entire sauce mixture together with the shrimp and place the mozzarella cheese on top.

And to finish, put it in the oven to brown for approximately 15 minutes, at 200°C.
