Ingredients for simple seafood stew:

  • 600 g of dogfish cut into cubes
  • 500 g of medium cleaned shrimp
  • 300 g mussels
  • 500 g squid rings
  • 3 sliced tomatoes
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 5 medium potatoes cooked in salted water
  • 1 bell pepper (green, red or yellow), sliced
  • 1 shrimp stock cube
  • parsley and coriander to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • lemon broth to wash the seafood

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. First, clean your seafood well and sprinkle lemon juice over it.
