For the baked chocolate cake batter with filling inside:
- Eggs – 4 units
- Wheat flour – 3 cups
- Sugar – 2 cups
- Butter – 3 tablespoons
- Milk – 1 teacup
- yeast – 1 teaspoon
For the filling:
- Condensed milk – 1 can
- Milk – 1 liter
- Cornstarch – 4 tablespoons
- Yolk – 1 (separated from the white)
- Sour cream - 1 box
To the roof:
- Chocolate – 1 bar
- Cream – 1 can
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First, prepare the filling by placing the ingredients in a pan and putting it on the stove, stirring constantly until it reaches the texture of thickened porridge. Set aside.
- Once the filling has cooled, move on to the cake processes.
- Then separate the yolks from the whites and make the egg whites into stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, beat the egg yolks, sugar and butter until a cream forms.
- Then add the milk, the wheat flour and, as the last items, add the yeast with the egg whites in snow gently.
- Now grease and flour a large pan (40×28) and divide the dough in half, pouring it into the pan and then place the filling and, on top of it, the rest of the dough.
- Then bake in a preheated oven (180°C).
- Once the cake is ready, melt the chocolate together with the cream and spread it over the cake with a spoon.
- Finally, wait for the frosting to set and cut your cake into squares, wrap them in aluminum foil, and store them in the refrigerator. Serve whenever you want.
Additional Information:
- Flavor: if you want to adapt the cake to a chocolate flavor, just add 1 cup of chocolate powder.
