Ingredients you need to make a simple soup:

  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 250 g beef (preferably muscle or rib)
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 2 medium potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 envelope of seasoning
  • 12 chopped green beans
  • 2 medium carrots cut into cubes
  • 2 medium cassava cut into cubes
  • 1 tablet of meat broth
  • 2 cups of pasta (ring or shell type or Hail Mary or angel hair)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper or chili pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley and chives
  • Salt to taste
  • Water until a little more than half of the pressure cooker

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Initially, in a pressure cooker, pour a drizzle of oil and add the onion and fry until golden. Now add the beef and cook it until it browns a little.
  2. Then add the chopped tomato along with the meat broth and an envelope of ready-made seasoning.
  3. Then, sauté and mix the potatoes, carrots, cassava and green beans, leaving for 3 minutes and making sure to stir so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
  4. Then add the parsley and chives, pepper, salt and finish with the water. (when you add the water, it should be until it reaches a little more than half of the pressure cooker).
  5. Then, with the pressure cooker covered, cook for 40 minutes.
  6. After these 40 minutes, release the pressure naturally and uncover and add the pasta.
  7. As soon as the pasta is cooked, you can turn off the pan and serve it to everyone's enjoyment.
  • Additional Information: Pasta can be cooked for a long time because it can become very soft.
