CHOCOLATE MOUSSE A QUICK AND EASY DESSERT WITH 4 INGREDIENTS

Ingredients:

  • 500g Fresh Cream
  • 150g Marshmallow
  • 250g of semi-sweet chocolate
  • 50g Butter (unsalted)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. In a double boiler, add the marshmallow, butter, chopped chocolate (preferably use semisweet or bittersweet chocolate to balance the recipe) and cook over low heat until everything melts.
  2. In the same container add half of the fresh cream and beat until it reaches a whipped cream point. Then, gradually add this half to the chocolate and mix slowly until it becomes very soft.
  3. Then, with the other half of the fresh cream, beat to form new whipped cream and add it gently, incorporating it into the cream, using movements from the bottom up so that the air does not escape.
  4. Finish by placing in dessert pots and refrigerating for at least 5 minutes. If you leave it longer, it will be even tastier.

CREAMY HOMEMADE ICE CREAM: ONE OF THE QUICKEST AND EASIEST DESSERTS ON THE LIST

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes of Fresh Cream
  • 1 packet of gelatin (flavor of your choice)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl, add the cream and gelatin and, using a whisk, beat these two ingredients for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is creamy and voluminous;
  2. Then, transfer the entire mixture into disposable cups, or if you prefer, you can also place it in a bowl;
  3. The last step is to just store it in the fridge for 30 minutes so that it becomes firm and serve immediately.

TIP: You can also make 2 layers, with different flavors, just repeat the same procedure of the recipe, with 2 more boxes of cream and 1 gelatin. Then when you are preparing the second layer, leave the first layer to cool in the freezer.

DULCE DE LECHE PIE

Ingredients to make this quick and easy dessert:

  1. 200g Coconut Donuts
  2. 100g Melted Butter
  3. 50g of shredded coconut
  4. 3 Eggs
  5. 300g of Cream
  6. 400g of Dulce de Leche

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  1. Place the donut in a food processor or blender, blend until it forms fine crumbs, then add the crumbs to a bowl with the melted butter and grated coconut and mix.
  2. In a 23cm removable bottom pan, pour the dough, pressing the bottom and sides, then leave in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Then in the blender, place the eggs, cream, dulce de leche and blend everything.
  4. Then, carefully and delicately add the cream on top of the dough and place in a preheated oven at 160°C for 40 minutes. Then remove and let cool a little and refrigerate and it's ready.
