1 – CAJUZINHO: ONE OF THE EASIEST CREATIVE RECIPES TO MAKE
Ingredients:
- Raw peanuts – 500 g
- Condensed milk – 1 can
- Cocoa powder – 4 tablespoons
- Refined sugar – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
- First, roast the peanuts in the oven (180°C) for 20 minutes, rub them so that all the skin comes off (to prevent them from burning, remember to stir them from time to time).
- Then continue processing the peanuts until they turn into a coarse flour.
- Now, add the peanuts, condensed milk, cocoa, salt in a large container and mix them.
- After they rest for approximately 10 minutes, finish by forming the cashews, passing them through the sugar and use the peanuts to decorate and your sweet treat is ready.

Ingredients:
- Water – 200 ml
- Unflavored Gelatin – 1 Packet
- Flavored Gelatin – 2 Packets (flavors of your choice)
Method of preparation:
- Start by pouring all the ingredients into the pan, mixing them together, and let it rest for 3 minutes.
- Then, place over low heat, cooking without stopping to stir for around 1 minute or until the gelatin grains disappear completely.
- Then, transfer to acetate molds or a greased tray, leaving it at room temperature for 5 minutes and then place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Finally, remove the molds and cut them out using a cookie cutter and enjoy your candies.

Ingredients:

Method of preparation:
- Start by blending the eggs, water, oil and sugar and transfer to a bowl, adding the flour, chocolate and yeast and using a spoon to mix evenly.
- Then transfer to a greased and floured pan (25cm x 35cm) and leave in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or do the toothpick test and see if it comes out clean. Once it has cooled, unmold it and set aside.
- Add the condensed milk, chocolate and butter to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly to thicken, set aside. In a bowl, with the cake all crushed, add the cooled brigadeiro using a spoon to reach the homogenized mixture.
- Then, shape the mixture into balls (7cm in diameter) with your greased hands and pour them into the pan. Insert a popsicle stick into these balls, cover with plastic wrap and leave to cool for 4 hours.
- Once the chocolate has melted in the bain-marie, dip the balls into the melted chocolate and remove any excess chocolate.
- To finish, sprinkle the sprinkles and wait for them to dry in the refrigerator. After they dry, wrap them in plastic bags and tie them with bows. You can serve them or even sell them.

Ingredients:
- Ground beef – 500 g
- Onion soup – 1/2 packet
- Onion – 1 unit (diced)
- Chopped parsley

- Barbecue sauce

Method of preparation:
