METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  3. After this time, use your hands or a rolling pin to roll out the dough until it is 2 cm thick. Divide and cut the dough with a round cutter or you can use a glass and transfer it to a floured baking tray. Leave it to rise until it doubles in size – this can take between 1 and 2 hours.
  4. While the dough is resting, let's make the filling: add all the ingredients to a pan and mix, stirring constantly over medium heat until thickened. Then, turn off the heat and cover the filling with plastic wrap and let it cool (you can also make a Belgian cream as a filling option for the dream)
  5. After the dough has risen, we start frying the sonhos. To do this, heat the oil, placing 2 to 3 sonhos in it as soon as it is hot, fry until the sides are golden brown. Remove and place on a plate with absorbent paper, waiting for it to cool a little before adding the filling. Do this until the dough is gone.
