METHOD OF PREPARATION:

  4. Wash the balls once again under running water, then set aside.
  5. Then, add the concentrated juice (or wine) to a pan and add the sugar and stir to dissolve it.
  6. Now add the sago and cloves, mixing and waiting for it to boil, after which 4 minutes are enough to cook.
  7. As soon as you turn off the heat, pour it into another bowl and wait for it to cool and put it in the fridge. To finish, leave it to cool and remove it when ready to serve!
