The dough for this pizza in a frying pan is made almost like that of a regular oven pizza, but it doesn't ferment, making it even easier to prepare, and we add a touch of beer to the dough, you know, but here's a tip!

Ingredients to prepare Pan Pizza with homemade dough:
Pasta:
- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 125 milliliters of beer
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 4 grams of Salt
- 1 teaspoon ground oregano
Extras:
- 1 jar of fried tomatoes
- 160 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- Pepperoni
- 1 handful of olives
- 4 Anchovies
- ¼ Onion
PREPARATION METHOD:
- Start by sifting the flour and adding a pinch of salt and leave it in the shape of a volcano in a large bowl. Place the oregano and olive oil in the center. Then, gradually add the beer (the beer must be at room temperature to give the expected result) and incorporate everything with the help of a spoon, until you can no longer mix it.
- Next, continue kneading with your hands so that the ingredients mix well. The dough should have a smooth consistency. When it starts to come away from the bowl, your dough is ready. Then make balls with it and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- After the dough has rested, take a frying pan with a lid and heat it over high heat. Then, stretch the dough into a circular shape that is the ideal size for baking in the frying pan. This amount makes up to two small pizzas, or you can make one large one if you prefer.
- Carefully add the dough to the hot pan and cover. Reduce the heat to low and pre-cook for five to eight minutes. Wait for the dough to rise a little and brown.
- Now heat the fried tomato in the microwave and then add the pizza. One secret to perfect pan pizza is to add the hot sauce. You can heat it in 30-40 second intervals until it is very hot.
- Return the pan with pre-cooked pasta and turn the pasta over and add a thin layer of hot sauce on the golden part, add the extra ingredients and finish with a layer of grated cheese, don't skimp on the quantity.
- As there are two pizza suggestions, we put them in separate pans, filling them with the extras like this: one pizza has onion, sliced black olives with anchovies and the other has slices of cherry tomatoes and pepperoni.
- Finally, cover the pan again to finish cooking, for around six to seven minutes. Wait for the cheese to melt and brown on the other side.
- It is very important to dry the lid very well, because it will surely be full of water drops and moisture.
- Sprinkle with oregano to taste and serve immediately.
