Ingredients to make colored gelatin with cream:
- 5 boxes of gelatin in different flavors (I used lemon, pineapple, cherry, tutti-frutti and grape)
- 2 boxes of cream (400 g)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin powder (colorless)
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- First, prepare the flavored gelatins following the instructions on the package.
- However, use half the indicated water (only 250 ml and boil 150 ml to incorporate into the powder and then add another 100 ml, cold, for each).
- Then, put it in the fridge until it sets for about two hours.
- Now in a blender, beat the cream, condensed milk and colorless gelatin already hydrated as indicated on the label (
- For the gelatin, add 5 tablespoons of water and leave it in the microwave for 15 seconds. After that, set aside.
- Then, use a knife to cut the flavored gelatins into cubes and place them in a container.
- Pour the cream from the blender on top and mix gently.
- Finally, transfer all of the contents to a mold (suitable for serving) or one that can be unmolded, such as a pudding mold with a hole in the middle or a bread mold, and don't forget to wet it with water.
- Finally, put it in the fridge for at least two hours. When you take it out of the fridge, unmold it, but if you wish, leave it in the dish and serve it in that dish.
