- Let it rest for about 4 hours until it reaches the covering point or leave it for 2 hours if you want it to reach the filling point (do not put it in the fridge during these periods).
- After this time has passed, you can use your ganache however you like.
Additional Information: If you don't want to use your white chocolate ganache on the same day, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days to prevent it from spoiling, but it can only be used as a topping.
