How to prepare a simple guava cuca
Learn how practical it is to prepare a simple guava cuca and, what's more, in very little time.
Just like the other guava cuca recipes that come with farofa, this one also has one.
See the ingredients for preparing your cuca dough:
- 2 eggs;
- 200 grams of guava, chopped into cubes;
- 10 grams of chemical baking powder;
- 420 grams of wheat flour;
- 434 grams of sugar;
- 200 ml of milk.
Method of preparation
To prepare your simple guava cuca, let's start by using a mixer at medium speed, place the egg whites in it and beat until it takes on the consistency of egg whites.
Gradually start adding the sugar, but be sure to beat in the meantime, then add the egg yolks and reduce the speed.
Once this is done, also add the milk, wheat flour and chemical baking powder, beat a lot until it reaches the consistency of a dough.
And in a pan greased with butter and flour, place all the dough and level it enough.
Add the chopped guava cubes to your dough and spread the farofa on top, which we will teach you how to prepare.
Place everything in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, or until golden.
And now we move on to the farofa ingredients:
- 200 grams of sugar;
- 80 grams of cold butter in cubes;
- 130 grams of wheat flour.
Method of preparation
To prepare your cuca's farofa, place all the ingredients, diced butter, sugar and wheat flour, in a large bowl.
Using your hands, rub and stir all the ingredients without letting the butter melt completely.
It is important that it turns into crumbs so that it can be placed on top of your simple guava paste.
The butter will melt while in the oven and make it even more delicious. A good tip we can give you is, use guava Smudge or creamy to prepare your dessert.
Many people tend to sprinkle crystal sugar on top before serving or before putting it in the oven.
Simple guava cuca is more than a dessert; it is an invitation to appreciate the present, reconnect with traditions and create new memories.
