Ingredients for oven-baked pork ribs with potatoes:
- 1 piece of pork ribs (approximately 2 kg)

- 3 lemons (juice)
- 3 glasses of dry or smooth red wine
- 1 onion
- 2 cubes of meat broth
- Parsley to taste
- Margarine or butter
- Peeled and cut potatoes

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
- Start in a container, dissolving the meat bouillon cubes with the wine, add the chopped onion, the juice of the 3 lemons, pepper to taste, garlic, salt and parsley.
- Next, season the piece of rib with this mixture and rest for around 1 hour or while you prepare the potatoes, which is the next step. Then cook the potatoes and salt in boiling water for 5 minutes.
