CAKE RECIPE WITH NESCAU
Ingredients for this recipe with Nescau:
- Wheat flour – 3 cups
- Sugar – 1 and a half teacups
- Nescau – 1 teacup
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
- Oil – 1 teacup
- Eggs – 2 units
- Boiling water – 2 cups of tea

- Sugar – half a teacup
- Nescau – half a teacup
- Butter – half a tablespoon
- Water – 4 tablespoons

Pasta:
- Let's start by mixing wheat flour, sugar, Nescau, baking powder and bicarbonate in a bowl. Then add the oil, eggs and hot water and continue mixing.
- Then, place this mixture on a rectangular baking tray (23 x 32 cm), already greased with butter and floured. Leave it in a preheated oven at medium-high temperature (200°C) for 25 minutes.
Roof:
- Add sugar, Nescau, butter and water to a pan, leave on low heat and boil until thickened.
- Finally, turn off the heat and spread it over the still-warm cake. Serve once it's cool.
NESCAU RECIPE: CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT SWISS ROLL
Ingredients for this Nescau recipe:
For the filling:
- Condensed milk – 1 can (395g)
- Fresh grated coconut – 200g
- Butter for greasing
For mass:
- Eggs – 6 units
- Sugar – 6 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder 50% – 4 tablespoons
- Potato starch – 6 tablespoons
Method of preparation:
Filling:
- Start mixing the condensed milk with the coconut in a bowl and then line the large rectangular pan (26 x 38 cm) that you have already greased with parchment paper.
- Then grease the paper with butter, spreading all the filling and set aside.
Pasta:
- In a mixer, beat the egg yolks and sugar with the cocoa powder. Then add the sifted starch.
- Then gently fold in the egg whites and pour in the filling in the dough. Then bake it in a preheated oven at medium-high temperature (200ºC) for 30 minutes.
- To finish, leave the unmolded cake on a cloth sprinkled with sugar, fill it and roll it up while still hot. Decorate it and let it cool before serving.
NESCAU BROWNIE RECIPE
Ingredients for this Nescau recipe:
- Unsalted butter – 100g
- Dark Chocolate – 100g
- Brown sugar – 1 and a half cups
- Eggs – 3 units
- Nescau – 4 tablespoons
- Wheat flour – 1 cup of tea
Method of preparation:
- First of all, melt the chocolate in a bowl, together with the butter in your microwave, on medium power for around 3 minutes.
- Then, add and incorporate the brown sugar, also mixing in the eggs and using a wire whisk, stir well.
- Add the Nescau with the wheat flour, incorporating them until they are well mixed.
- Transfer to a 10 x 15 rectangular baking dish (or 15 x 15 square baking dish) already greased and floured.
- Then place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, until a crust forms on the surface, and then serve.
NESCAU WHOOPIE RECIPE
Ingredients for this recipe with Nescau:
- Butter – half a teacup
- Brown sugar – 1 cup
- Eggs – 2 units
- Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
- Wheat flour – 1 and a half cups
- Nescau – half a teacup
- Milk – half a teacup
- Baking soda – 1 and a half teaspoon
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
For the filling:
- Condensed milk – 1 can (395g)
- Nescau – 4 tablespoons
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
Method of preparation:
Pasta:
- First, beat the butter with the sugar in a mixer until it has a creamy texture.
- One at a time, add the eggs and vanilla essence and continue beating until the volume doubles.
- Then stop beating and add wheat flour, Nescau, baking soda, milk and baking powder.
- Using a pastry bag, distribute the dough into discs measuring 3 cm in diameter, lining the baking tray with parchment paper. Do this until you run out of dough.
- Then bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature (180°C) for 15 minutes or until dry.
Filling:
- In a pan over low heat, add condensed milk, Nescau and butter and stir constantly for around 10 minutes or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
- Finally, place half of the discs to fill with the brigadeiro and then cover them with the remaining dough and it's ready.
NESCAU BRIGADEIRO RECIPE
Ingredients:
- Condensed milk – 1 can (395g)
- Nescau – 3 tablespoons
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Chocolate sprinkles – 1 teacup
Method of preparation:
- Start by adding the condensed milk, the Nescau and the butter in a pan and leave everything mixed together over low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan, which can take about 10 minutes.
- Then turn off the heat, leave it on a plate that you greased with butter and wait for it to cool.
- After rolling them into balls, roll them in chocolate sprinkles and distribute them in paper cups and serve.
ICE CREAM RECIPE WITH NESCAU
Ingredients:
- Condensed milk – 1 can (395g)
- Milk – 3 measures of the condensed milk can
- Nescau – 1 teacup
Method of preparation:
- First, put the condensed milk, milk and Nescau in the blender and blend everything.
