- 10 g of salt
- 5 g dry yeast
- tomato salsa
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Black olives
- Capers
- Anchovies (optional)

- Dissolve the yeast in tibia water and let it rest for a few minutes until it activates.
- In a large bowl, mix the harina and salt. Add the activated yeast and mix well until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, until it is soft and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for approximately 1 hour, until it doubles its size.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Roll out the dough into a previously greased rectangular shape.
- Spread a generous layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
- Spread grated mozzarella cheese over tomato salsa.
- Add black olives, capers and anchoas (optional) over the cheese, distributing them evenly.
- Rocía la pizza with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, until the dough is golden and the ingredients are bubbling.
